DJ
Eclipse of the music duo Prizm & Eclipse has become one of
the top break beat DJ talents from the United
States,
a professional producer and night club DJ for the past 12
years. He is best known for his tight production on over
thirty successful 12-inch releases selling over 50,000 copies
and performing explosive DJ sets and live performances with
Prizm across the South-East U.S. Currently DJ eclipse is
working as a guest DJ for Nightclubs in
Miami,
Ft Lauderdale, West
Palm Beach
and Orlando.
He has done remixes for many radio artist’s, his songs are
featured on a Sony Playstation2 video game, as well as ABC
Sports television. DJ Eclipse has many well known songs
featured on compilations by some of the nations top DJ's
nations, such as DJ
Keoki, Christopher lawrence, Rick West, Rob-E, Huda
Hudia, and DJ Sandy. He has been featured in
URB
Magazines "Hey DJ", had countless 12-inch and CD reviews in URB,
Mixer, BPM, D'vox
and international internet media. His tracks receive major
club support from DJ Punk Roc, DJ Icey, DJ Hyper,
DJ Storm, Rick
West, and DJ Merlyn.
History
Born
in Fort
Lauderdale
in 1973, Florida, Brian A Johnston, AKA DJ Eclipse
first became interested in dance music at the early age of
seven while attending the local roller skating rink. His
career began in 1990 at the age of sixteen DJ'ing at the local
skating rink and night clubs, later in 1994 he began to
produce his own dance music. Later in 1998 he released his
first 12-inch dance record entitled “Go Deeper, he soon
followed up with ten more record releases with music partner
Prizm. Soon afterwards Prizm & Eclipse's debut CD album
entitled,
“Intelli-Funk”
was released and
distributed worldwide by Universal Music / Studios which sold
close to 10,000 copies.

Music
programming is his strong accomplishment, working as a DJ at
night clubs and concert events for over ten years. DJ eclipse
has mastered the art programming an entire night of different
styles of dance music that flow smoothly together. He knows
the importance of reading and pleasing the dance floor and he
is able to control the crowd by keeping it going with the best
selection of hit music. DJ Eclipse he has proven himself to
the world through dedication and love of dance music and is
making his mark on the dance music
scene.
